Consumers are hereby informed that on 05.05.2026, a scheduled water supply interruption will take place at Pumping Station No. 2 (SP 2) due to works for connecting the second electrical power transformer supplying the station.

This intervention is part of the modernization process aimed at increasing the reliability of the station’s power supply system. The installation and commissioning of the second transformer will allow:

ensuring a redundant power supply source,
improving operational continuity in case of failures or maintenance works,
stabilizing voltage parameters and reducing the risk of voltage drops or uncontrolled outages,
enhancing the performance of electromechanical equipment (pumps, control panels, SCADA automation systems).

From a technological standpoint, the connection of the new transformer involves:

integration into the existing medium/low voltage power distribution scheme,
synchronization and testing of electrical loads,
verification of electrical protection systems and automatic transfer switch systems (ATS),
calibration of monitoring and control systems.

This investment is essential for increasing operational safety, reducing downtime, and ensuring a more stable and efficient water supply service for consumers.
