What do we consider fraudulent water consumption? Many citizens do not realize that certain interventions are illegal and constitute water theft. Among the most frequent violations detected by the teams of S.A. "Apă-Canal Cahul" are: Illegal/clandestine connection to the public water supply or sewage network (without a contract and technical permit). Intentional damage to the seals applied to water meters.
